Hotel description

Just 100 metres from the beach, near the centre of the quiet sea-resort Katwijk aan Zee. Our hotel has rooms and studios and an informal, friendly atmosphere. Only 10 minutes from the centre of Leiden! 3 km from the entrance of ESA/Noordwijk (also good bus transportation). Free parking card. If there are no more rooms available, then it's possible that the last room is blocked, to make sure that we can accomodate our regular guests.

The Mol - van Beelen family and her team will make any effort to make your stay worth while. The large number of regular guests and our occupation is the best proof for this.

Comments

As of the 1st of January 2008, our hotel will be a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in the rooms and public areas of the hotel will therefore be prohibited. However, you can book a room or studio with a balcony, from which smoking is allowed. It is also possible to smoke on our partly covered inner court.

Food & Beverage

The extended breakfastbuffet is from 6.00 - 9.30 AM. For your eveningmeal you will find several restaurants in different price-categories in our neighbourhood. The nearest restaurant is not even 50 meters from our hotel. We will be glad to advice you.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Booking Terms

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Pets are not allowed.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
